In the second fortnight we'll visit Jamaica for a delicious snapper escovitch, then in our final week there's a spectacular do-ahead 3-course menu ideal for a relaxing Christmas Day barbecue (the Tres Leches Lime Icebox Cake may just become your new favourite Christmas Cake!).

Deliveries are on Friday 17 December, with produce packed to remain fresh for at least 10 days and menus designed so that the most perishable foods are used first.
