This year we deserve a stellar holiday season more than ever! We're celebrating all summer long with a Caribbean menu curated by Paul Carmichael. In the first fortnight we'll visit Paul's home island of Barbados and make his legendary fried chicken with green seasoning, plus the Spanish-influenced Dominican Republic for a feast of traditional empanadas and prawns in a spicy tomato coconut broth.

Deliveries are on Friday 7 January, with produce packed to remain fresh for at least 10 days and menus designed so that the most perishable foods are used first.
